The Chef
Chef Moustapha has more than 15 years of
experience in the Hospitality Industry, including Executive Chef at the chocolate gate. He began his culinary career as a young boy in his family’s
business. From his early years he was an apprentice to his father, who was
a Master Chef in bakery and pastry fields. From the mid 1990’s on, he continued his
apprenticeship at various world class Restaurant eateries until coming to
Kuwait in the 2015’s as a full-fledged Chef for the chocolate gate.

experience. We achieve this festival for the senses by using the very finest
ingredients. It’s an approach in which we take great
pride! And seeing our guest sitting back, relaxing and enjoying our offering is
the biggest reward for me and our team!”
